Where are you based?
We are based in Sydney, Australia.

Do you travel outside of Sydney to film weddings?

We are willing to travel to your event. We’ve covered weddings in Melbourne, Brisbane, Townsville, Auckland, etc. Just reach out to find out. As the COVID-19 pandemic has our borders closed off, we are currently only taking New South Wales & Victoria bookings for wedding videography. This will change as soon as the borders open.

What is “Raw Footage” that comes in the packages?

Raw footage refers to all and any footage we capture during your wedding day. It is unedited footage straight from camera that we provide to all our clients on a USB or HardDrive.

Do you provide full film edits?
Our philosophy here is to provide an invisible experience; we believe that we do our best work when the couple is able to stay present in their wedding experience. So one videographer being a fly-on-the-wall provides the best method in capturing all the little moments that add up to a memory of a lifetime. And in order to do that, the videographer needs to stay on the move to get the most cinematic shots possible. Our goal here to prioritise making a movie out of your special day. But what we do provide in every package is a USB of all the raw footage captured in the day, which does include performances & speeches in full, so that it becomes a collection of raw footage on its own. Think of it as a snapshot gallery of everything that happened.

We do provide the full film-edit service in the Ruby package, for the couples that truly want the full service.

How long will it take for me to receive everything?
During wedding seasons, we do get busy. We always aim to have a turn around rate of 4 weeks. Even though it is expected to take 4 weeks, clients can generally expect to receive everything much earlier.

Do you offer revisions to the film edits?
We’re happy to offer up to 3 revisions for our film edits at no extra cost (changes such as including shots of specific family members, song changes, removing a shot, etc). Any additional changes wanted after the first 3 revisions will have extra costs incurred.
